For deliveries within the European Union, all applicable taxes and duties are fully included in the final price; no additional charges will be due upon delivery.
For orders delivered outside the European Union, import duties and local taxes may apply in accordance with your destination country's regulations.
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please note that tracking details may require up to 48 hours to update, and international deliveries may experience brief customs processing times.
Our balms are crafted from unrefined botanical oils and pure natural butters, created without synthetic derivatives or chemical additives.
To preserve the delicate texture and formula of the products during warmer seasons, we refrain from dispatching orders on Fridays or directly before public holidays. This ensures no creation rests in an overheated sorting facility over the weekend.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase (excluding sets, limited editions and final-sale creations).

Our 30-day guarantee applies to all private purchases upon delivery (commercial purchases excluded).
Upon receipt and verification of your return, your refund will be processed promptly to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are borne by the customer. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked service and retaining your proof of postage.
