Shipping policy
POUT SAVER currently ships to Germany, EU countries and International (including UK Swiss and Norway).
- Germany: Free standard shipping for all orders. Express shipping €9.95.
- Rest of EU: Free standard shipping for all orders. Express shipping €14.95.
- For EU orders, all sales taxes, any applicable duties or import taxes are included in the pricing. No additional fees will be incurred upon delivery.
- International/UK/Swiss: Free standard shipping for all orders above €50.
- Standard shipping €7.95. Express shipping €29.95 .
- For International orders applicable duties or import taxes apply.
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, with the exception of German holidays.
We strive to dispatch all domestic orders within 1-2 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process before you receive your tracking information via email. Kindly note, DHL can take 48 hours to update information on your tracking details. However other delays due to the necessary customs registration process for international orders may occur.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from admin@poutsaver.com with tracking information.
POUT SAVER products are made from finest, unrefined oils and butters without using heat or chemical solvents. During summer time we do not ship on Fridays or within 24 hours of a postal holiday to avoid parcels sitting in hot sorting centers over long weekends.
