All POUT SAVER orders are dispatched from Germany, with delivery available domestically, throughout the European Union, as well as to Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Germany

  • Complimentary Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: €9.95 (1–2 business days)

European Union

  • Complimentary Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: €14.95 (1–4 business days)

  • Please note: For all EU orders, sales taxes and any applicable duties or import taxes are fully included in the price. You will not incur any additional fees upon delivery.

Norway, Switzerland & United Kingdom

  • Complimentary Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: €29.95 (3–5 business days)

Order Processing Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding German public holidays. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Once your package is en route, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details from service@poutsaver.com.

Please allow DHL up to 48 hours to update your tracking status. Kindly note that international deliveries may occasionally experience slight delays due to customs processing.

To protect the integrity and stability of your lip products during the warmer summer months, we pause shipping on Fridays and the days preceding postal holidays. This ensures your products do not remain in warm transit facilities over the weekend and arrive in pristine condition.
