Refund policy

The money-back guarantee is valid for 30 days after a purchase of private individuals; commercial customers are excluded from the money-back guarantee.

REIMBURSEMENT

Once we receive your return shipment, we will process and credit the return amount as swiftly as possible. Please be advised that the risk of loss or damage during the return shipment shall rest with you, the sender.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of kits, sets, limited edition products or final sale products. Returns or exchanges may be limited based on program abuse, misuse, or bulk purchases. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please reach out to us at service@poutsaver.com before you return the purchase and we will assist you promptly.

Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. 

Please note that refunds to credit cards may take up to 10 business days, depending on the bank’s processing time, which can vary between issuers. PayPal refunds are processed immediately. 

Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from the POUT SAVER Beauty online store. If you purchased one of our products at a retail location, please contact them directly to initiate your return.

COSTS OF RETURNS

The costs associated with the return of goods shall be borne by the sender and are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

a) Did the item arrive damaged?
Please send a photo of the damaged item to service@poutsaver.com. Upon receipt and review of the evidence, we will promptly address your request and either issue a refund or send a replacement item.

b) Did the item arrive in a defective condition?
Items are classified as defective if they arrive damaged or if a manufacturing defect is identified within 30 days of purchase. Items are not considered defective if the condition is due to normal wear and tear. In such cases, liability is excluded.
