Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies exclusively to private customers, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Commercial orders are excluded from this policy.

As we hold our textures to the highest standards of purity, stability, and hygiene, we can only accept returns with their original seal intact. For your safety and ours, opened products are non-returnable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition you received it—unused, completely sealed, and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery. If a product is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue with the care it deserves.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Please note that curated sets, limited-edition releases, gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned. If you have any questions regarding the eligibility of a specific item, our team is happy to assist you.

Exchanges To ensure a seamless experience, we do not process direct exchanges. The most efficient way to receive your desired item is to return the original product and place a new order once your return is authorized.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period In accordance with EU regulations, customers receiving shipments within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. However, our strict hygiene standards still apply: the item must be in the exact condition you received it—completely sealed, unused, and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
