In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we grant private customers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. B2B / commercial orders are excluded from this policy.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal for Consumers in the EU

Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, take possession of the goods. The same return conditions as outlined below apply.

Returns

Because we maintain the highest standards of purity and hygiene for our textures, we can only accept returns of products with their original seal intact. Opened products are excluded from return for your protection and ours. To be authorised for a return, your item must be in the exact condition in which you received it—unused, fully sealed, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us for authorisation at service@poutsaver.com. Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages & Defects

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Should an item be defective or damaged, or should you receive the incorrect item, please contact us so that we may resolve the issue with due care.

Exceptions & Excluded Items

Please note that curated sets, limited editions, gift cards, and final sale items are excluded from returns. If you have any questions regarding the return eligibility of a specific item, our team is always happy to assist.

Exchanges

To guarantee a seamless process, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest and easiest way to secure your desired product is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been authorised.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you of your refund status. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
